Rosemary Stager was hired as the SSHS Health Director in February 2015, she is in her final year in the Executive Masters in Business Administration and Aboriginal Leadership program at Simon Fraser University. Rosemary recently completed a four-month internship with the Federal government in Ottawa within the department of Aboriginal Affairs And Northern Development Canada (AANDC). Rosemary has 23 years experience in administration and is both a member of, and elected councillor for, the Líl̓wat Nation.
As a proud mother of four children, she is very passionate about raising the standards in quality of life for the Stl’atl’imx Nation. As the Health Director, Rosemary is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SSHS and overseeing the implementation of the SSHS Community Health and Wellness Plan 2012-2017.
